By using the same old traditional methods from the dairy industry, innovative fermentation techniques and lactic cultures driven by plants and SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast), we have found the texture of cream cheese and aged cheese BUT without animals, additives, starches, unnecessary oils and a very short ingredient list.

Acayú has developed flavours that are not replicas of cheese flavours. They stand on their own, proud, unique and undeniably tasty.
